National Congress & Trade Show will transition from a live event to a virtual, online event.
This updated format will allow attendees to enjoy a high-quality educational experience in the safety and comfort of their own personal environments.
We know that this is a big adjustment, so we have provided information below to help answer questions and offer guidance on what you can expect from this year’s event.
The event will be hosted live online Saturday, August 8 & Sunday, August 9 from 1:00-6:00 p.m. EST.
Each day will consist of 5 hours of education. Each day will offer 20 live lectures/hour.
The event will be produced online via a virtual event platform, whose functionality will grant us the ability to provide congress presenters, attendees and exhibitors with a unique and engaging congress experience.
Attendees can expect to receive the same educational content they would receive in a live environment with the exception of live hands-on spotting lectures.
Plus, hosting a virtual Congress will allow us to enhance lecture accessibility. Unlike a live event where attendees are only able to attend one presentation each hour, virtual Congress attendees are granted access to every National Congress presentation offered. That is access to more than 199 lectures!
All National Congress presentations will be recorded, so attendees will be able to view presentations live, then go back and watch any they missed for up to 30 days after the event.
Attendees will also be awarded CPE and USA Gymnastics University credits.
